SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
In most cases orders are dispatched within 5 working days BUT please allow up to a week for dispatch plus 2-3 working days for delivery. This can be longer during busy and peak times. Please also allow extra time if you are ordering multiples of an item.
We use a trackable service and highly recommend that you track your delivery. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please contact us.
Any orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be classed as being placed the next working day.

NEED YOUR ORDER BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE?
No worries, please just contact us BEFORE purchasing so we can confirm that this is possible. Please do NOT add dates you need your order by in the notes box as we will NOT see this until we start to process your order and by then it could be too late.
OUR RETURN POLICY
ALL CUSTOM AND/OR PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.

You must contact us BEFORE you do any return so we can make sure your item is eligible to return.
We do NOT provide free returns and you are fully responsible for the item until it is returned to us undamaged so we highly recommend using a trackable service just in case.
If you are eligible for a return you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
Once we have received your return in its original condition we will process a refund minus the original shipping. Please use the packaging we sent your item in and ensure it is wrapped well.
Any cancellation request need to be made to us straight away and will only be eligible if we have not already started making/personalising your item.
If your item gets returned and it fails to meet any of the above requirements we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to pay to get your item shipped back to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any exchanges. You will need to return the item (any custom or personalised items are NOT returnable)and purchase the other item you would like.
Delivery or Personalisation Issues
If your item has arrived damaged you MUST report this to us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Photographic evidence is also required. Unfortunately we will be unable to process your request with a refund or replacement if you fail to report this to us within 7 days or fail to send us any photographic evidence.
If your item has not been delivered you must let us know within 14 days of your order date. We cannot open a lost parcel enquiry with the courier after this time.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address you must let us know straight away. If your item has already shipped, you will be liable for any reship fees once we receive the order back from the courier. Unfortunately if your order fails to be returned to us by the courier, you will need to repurchase. PLEASE NOTE: ANY PERSONALISED ORDERS THAT GET RETURNED TO US BY THE COURIER, WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. EVEN IF YOU DON'T PAY FOR A RESHIP.
The courier service includes 3 delivery attempts, if they fail to deliver 3 times the parcel will be automatically returned to us. If this happens you will be liable for the reshipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY PERSONALISED ORDERS THAT GET RETURNED TO US BY THE COURIER, WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. EVEN IF YOU DON'T PAY FOR A RESHIP.
If you provide incorrect spellings for your personalisation you must let us know straight away. If your order has already been shipped, delivered or started we will be unable to refund you for the item. If we spell the item incorrectly and it was provided correctly to us, we will replace your item.
